Welcome to my counseling practice! Here is an overview of my insurance and fees policies.

Accepted Insurance

I currently accept the following insurance plans:

• Cigna

• Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New York (formerly Empire)

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield

• United Healthcare

• Oscar

• CDPHP

• Quest Behavioral Health

• Some Carelon Plans

If you have one of these insurance providers, during intake please provide your insurance information prior to your first session so that I can verify your benefits.

Session Fees

• 60-minute Individual Therapy Session: $155

• 45-minute Individual Therapy Session: $125

• 30-minute Individual Therapy Session: $80

These rates reflect the personalized, high-quality care and specialized expertise that I provide. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit card.
